I paid £87 for a room and for that I expected a higher standard room, I’ve stayed in many hotels and paid less for better standard of room, I thought the rooms were very dated and smelled old and musky. I also got charged £7 for parking on hotel grounds. The staff were very polite and professional which was the best thing about my stay. If I’m honest I probably wouldn’t go back unless they lowered the price or improved the rooms
Really impressed with how simple everything was. Able to check in online, choose the room and then activate a digital key for the room. No need to speak to anybody at all, which was probably a shame as expectations would have been high with that too. Room was spotlessly clean and COVID standards very high. And an absolute bargain for a nights stay before flying from LTN airport.
A good stay in a smallish, modern hotel, located on an industrial estate, but very conveniently close to Luton town centre and the airport. Our room was very spacious, clean and well equipped, with a sofa bed, two chairs, fridge and a table, together with the usual, TV, tea/ coffee making facilities, and a desk. Breakfast was good, with hot and cold options, and the restaurant area was very nice and spacious, with excellent staff. Overall, for the price point, it's exceptionally good value, just not located in attractive surroundings.
The only good thing was the restaurant. The reception team were unhelpful. They messed up our final bill and took too much time sorting it. Asked at least two times to sort out tv which wasn’t working and they didn’t help resolve problem and without courtesy of conversation charged us £50 for a repair we didn’t cause. The customer service is just not there - asked manager to phone us and still waiting
Rooms were clean and comfortable although the sofa bed really only suitable for a child. Very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful - I had to apologise as one child had been sick during the night and whilst I had done my best to clean up it would have meant extra work for housekeeping. They were very understanding and far more concerned about him being ok. They were also great at providing take away breakfasts for us as we had an early start which I had not expected for the price we paid. The staff were a credit to the organisation.
