Third stay now. Rooms have all the required: hairdyer, iron + board, tv even large fridge. Bathroom - great shower. Breakfast room is now bigger with plenty of space. Great buffet breakfast, all what you want. Plentiful. Lounge is comfortable with bar, and TV's. Parking, plenty of space. Better alround then plenty of 4 star hotels we have stayed in....

Hotel bedroom basic but very good. Bed comfortable. Excellent heating during a cold evening. Buffet style breakfast excellent - plenty of choice and delicious hot chocolate. Staff pleasant and helpful.

20 of us stayed here whilst on a golfing weekend. Brilliant hotel that situated close to the centre. The rooms were immaculate, with great bathroom and shower facilities. Really impressed by the high standards and presentation of this hotel in all areas from the bar and reception through to the ease of parking - This hotel deserves another star and...

I stayed on my own for one night after dropping off my granddaughter at the university. I parked free in the covered car park and paid £54+VAT for the room including all you can eat breakfast. The room on the top floor was a small single room with the window in the roof. It was very comfortable and had a...

Very clean. Excellent staff - nothing was too much trouble. Five minutes walk from Huddersfield Town Centre. Flat screen TV, fridge in the room with its huge en suite shower/bathroom. There is a bar, with several Flat-Screens showing sports/music, open until 4am but there was no noise.

We stayed here in order to visit the Magic Rock Brewery tap which is only 5 minutes walk up St Johns Road from the hotel. The hotel was excellent - very friendly, comfortable, spotlessly clean, warm, and with a good breakfast. It's also right next to the town centre where you can find a wide range of restaurants. If we...

I do not usually even look at any hotel less than 4 stars. This hotel had many of the amenities of a 4 star hotel - for free. The staff were so helpful, especially Dominique. The hotel was clean, pleasant and welcoming. I appreciated the free covered car park by the hotel. No chance of getting my ball-gown soaked getting to...

The most noticeable of this hotel is the front office staff. They are extremely helpful. I even one time asked where to buy a fresh milk and surprisingly one of them brought me two litters of fresh milk and he even refused to charge me for it. The room is very big and clean, nice bathroom and location is excellent....

This is a hidden gem of a hotel 10 minutes walk from the city centre. We stayed here for three nights and the rooms are immaculate, clean and extremely comfortable with great king size beds and as a guy at 6'5" tall it's ideal. As my parents live in Huddersfield I usually live at theirs but due to space at...
