Our second stay here after deciding on an early morning tunnel. Friendly welcome again, room was clean, towels fresh, everything worked. Again only negatives were the second bed in the family room was like sleeping on a plank of wood but as I knew that from the last stay I slept on the normal bed so it was the wife's...

Just a quick one-night stopover before catching the 0830hrs ferry the next morning. Good price, clean, only 10 minutes' drive from Dover. Breakfast was OK, coffee was good, definitely will use this in future.

One night stay for family function in nearby Hawkinge - most people must stay here for early Channel crossings as breakfast area was practically empty after 9 o'clock - good selection of hot and cold food and drinks and the helpful staff topped up as required. Room was large and clean with views of the car park (not staying here...

Stayed one night before catching ferry next morning. Check in was quick and friendly , room was clean and decent size . Breakfast was pretty good too considering it's free . Very near to the docks in Dover which was the reason we chose it. Would stay again and recommend .

Needed to spend a couple of days working in the SE Coast of Kent. Decided to take the family and spend the night here while I did my things and they did theirs. The hotel is situated just on the outskirts of Folkestone, conveniently located nearby to the Eurotunnel and not far to travel to the ferries. On our arrival...

On our way back from Wales to Germany, we took the Chunnel. This was the closest hotel, so we booked a room for the night prior. If you've ever stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the States, then this one is exactly what you'd expect. It was packed with families, and various other folks there for the same reason...

Very convenient for the channel tunnel (just a few minutes drive away) and quite convenient for Dover ferries. Service was good (better than average for a budget hotel). Everything was clean and worked. The bed was a little wobbly and the food isn't great (breakfast with my bacon!).

Hotel location is good, it's on the outskirts of Folkestone however it's very easy to get to by car, taxi or even public transport (there is a bus stop just down from the hotel and next to the 24 hour supermarket). Entrance area was clean and welcoming with a couple of internet stations, bar area and plenty of seating and...

I stayed here on a return from a trip from France May 2016. We stayed with our dog who was made to feel just as welcome as we were. There were only two downsides to our stay. The first was that we could not reserve a table in the dog friendly area of the restaurant for breakfast which caused us...
