We used this hotel as a StopOver on the way home and it was great. Beautiful room, nice and friendly service, great view of the sea. Will definitely come back. Room was clean tidy and very high spec. Don’t forget to book parking.

My husband and I had to travel due to a family emergency. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Even though we did not see anyone face to face, they were all friendly, polite and so helpful. The information given was clear and informative. They went out of there way to help and answer queries. The Covid measures in the hotel were excellent and we did not feel at risk at any point. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the traditional fireplace and features. Thank you so much to George and Susie for all the information and assistance prior to our stay.

Impromptu stay to enjoy last of the sunshine in September. Booked a suite with sea views, it was absolutely wonderful. Bathroom was massive. The lees is such a lovely position, nice and flat to walk along the sea front and you can explore more down at the harbour-very pretty. hotel has lovely terrace facing the sea to have a drink outside. Restaurant tastefully decorated serving good food. We found a gem and will return!

My partner and I decided to get out of London for a night before the lockdown became enforced. Easily accessible by train, we stayed at The View Hotel, Folkestone. This is a beautiful building with a lovely, fresh and modern feel inside. Our room was huge and the shower/ bath was lovely, always a plus for me! The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is superb with a fantastic view right on the sea ! Folkestone is a lovely place to visit and I will be back once things get back to normal.

Our room was fantastic - the suite was spacious, bright, and absolutely spotless. All the staff were really helpful and very welcoming - free parking advertised but it's by permit in designated bays but at £2/day, very acceptable. Continental and freshly cooked breakfasts were excellent- restaurant menu a bit limited (Covid?)in the evening but extremely nice - very good safety measures in place throughout the hotel which was very clean and comfortable in all areas. Location is perfect - walking distance of beach, harbour, town and very close to Leas Coastal Park which is very interesting and beautifully maintained. Will definitely visit again - thanks for a great stay.
