The checking in girls were very helpful as I had arrived early before the normal check in time the wee girl at the reception said she we find out if my lodge was ready and said it might be half an hour, I said I would go into Dunoon for a while and within 10 minutes she called to say...

Just returned from a weekend family break.. great place. From booking in we were made welcome with lovely reception staff, after a few attempts we finally found out chalet I feel that due to bad lighting the signage could be improved by making it clearer. overall we had an enjoyable peaceful stay. The leisure facilities were great, cleaninsh..only downside is...

Stayed for one night on business with the band and found that the place had so much to offer for families and children. Although we never engaged in any activities from fun rooms, wall climbing, pool, spa to archery - HQ seemed to have a lot going on. The park is set in a stunning part of Scotland. The caravan...

Old lodges. Damp bathroom and leaked badly rattling pipes after flushing, cat poo on decking behind hot tub, lodge surrounded by dog poo, spartan ancient kitchen utensils. Beds so uncomfortable that non of us slept for 4 nights. Hot tub was great but the cover was broken. I would not pay high season prices for these lodges however for what...

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry to learn that your hot tub lodge didn't live up to your expectations. The General Manager, David Dain was unaware of your plight and had he been made aware , he would have done his utmost to find your alternative accommodation. I am sorry that this wasn't resolved to your satisfaction...

Just back from a long weekend at the Tree Tops hot tub lodge in the Stratheck park. Went with a group of 5 friends for a relaxing break. We spent most of time in the hot tub chilling on the fri and sat. When we were packing up to leave the park manager came to the lodge and told us...

As a repeat customer to Argyll Holidays I am extremely disappointed. I have just returned from Treetops View Lodge and been charged an extra £200 as they said the hot tub water was dirty. We went as a group of 6 friends and spent the majority of time in the hot tub and therefore do not know how we could...

Stayed here for 10 nights in a 2 bedroom comfort plus lodge. The lodge was comfortable and warm (important for February in Scotland). The reception staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly, as were the staff in the service laundry. The 2 bedrooms were adequate and the living area was large with stunning views over the Holy Loch and surrounding...

Visited here in the school february break as a last minute break. Our lodge was excellent value for money with everything we needed. The living space was very spacious our only complaint being that the mattress was a little old on our bed. The kids loved the activities which were reasonably priced compared to other places we have visited. The...
