Thanks for leaving your feedback. Unfortunately the park hadn't been informed of your request via your booking agent for a unit to be wheelchair friendly and as a result we didn't have a unit that was suitable for you. As soon as the park manager was aware of there, he contacted your agent and arranged a refund for you. We...

All staff friendly and welcoming, all go active activities our daughter participated in were great, archery, climbing wall, snorkeling. These staff taking these activities were all young , very patient , highly experienced which put daughters mind at easy. The restaurant - bar area food and service was faultless. As for the quay by the sea chip van, best avoid...

Really good clean place to stay The food is bit pricey bit otherwise very good. There is a lot of lovely walks around the area and the shop had enough to keep you alive. Theres lots of nature to be seen and as we went off season not lots of entertainment but lots to do

Eight of us spent three nights here. The Lodge was amazing very clean and comfortable. Hot Tub was brilliant and the area around the Lodge was very quiet . I would not hesitate in recommending this to friends well worth the money .

The lodge had everything we could want for our stay - although the ensuite shower was really small - so small we used the main shower which was much bigger. We used the Bar/Restaurant on the first night and had a really nice...

Although we never engaged in any activities from fun rooms, wall climbing, pool, spa to archery - HQ seemed to have a lot going on. The park is set in a stunning part of Scotland. The caravan...
