This was a very last ditch at finding over night accommodation. We had been double booked by our original hotel and found this at the eleventh hour. The owner was a nice person but sadly the Bnb hotel is lacking in updating. Our room. To the front which would have a great view was concealed by scaffolding. It was very... More

I stayed at Milton Tower 2 weeks in July 2016. Before I came there I sent an email to the hotel that the TripAdvisor reviews are mixed and I want to make sure I receive an en-suite washroom (there are rooms with shared washroom), a firm mattress and a clean room without a moldy smell. They replied that all my... More

Very handy for walking into Dunoon. Welcoming and very helpful host. Good breakfast. However, the room in which we stayed was very small and was exceedingly in need of updating and refreshing. I think we would choose to pay a bit more -although the rate wasn't cheap - and have a larger more fresh and modern room.

Lovely small hotel with a lovely owner. Loved the complimentary products nice touch especially toothpaste and toothbrushes. Our room had a sea view and was spotless clean. The lady who showed us to our rooms whom I assume was the owner couldn't have been nicer. Our early arrival was no problem and our late night out didn't bother her either.... More

We had heard of Pucks Glenn and wanted to visit there to take photos and decided to make this in to a weekend away! Most of Dunoon was booked up for the two nights but we managed to get the last room at Milton Tower which lay directly on the front and the view from our room was beautiful. The... More

We stayed here four nights. We were attending 4 days of the Commonwealth games in Glasgow, and this was the most reasonable priced hotel we could get. The Glasgow hotels had put ridiculously high tariffs on all the hotels there. The Milton Tower hotel is very old and in need of an update, but it is right on the beachfront... More

The Milton Tower Hotel ist perfect located and dispose a lovely patio with an excellent view! The host were very friendly and helpful. The room was big an the the bathroom giant. But you couldn't change the temperature of the shower - water. Bummer! The whole hotel seems to be grubby and the breakfast were nearly uneatable.
