A lovely hotel with very friendly owners. Rooms are homely and comfortable. Food is also very good; the cooked breakfast will set you up for the day. The evening meal is delicious and far better than what I was expecting from an independent hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Very welcoming, beautiful room and views from it. Huge comfortable bed and the room was cozy and very clean. Buffet breakfast was ample although cooked breakfast was done to order if required for a small extra charge

This is a lovely hotel and has a great welcoming atmosphere. We would thoroughly recommend as a hotel to stay in when visiting Argyll, great views and well situated. Will definitely return and stay again.

Views are fab. Lovely and quiet. Room very clean and relaxing. Owners called for taxis and dinner reservations. Lovely warm and chilled atmosphere at hotel. 5 minute taxi ride from passenger ferry. And great wine. Loved it. Would definatley stay again.

Last week, my wife and me made a last-minute plan to visit the southwest part of the Highlands, coinciding with the school break. We did not book any hotel, we just took a flight that dropped us off in Glasgow Monday afternoon. We wasted some time renting a car, and having something to eat. Then we headed to the Point...

I visited this hotel with friends for 1 night. On arrival looks tired from the outside however ideally located opposite the ferry terminal. Sat in bar waiting to book in room. Bar area could do with updating however had some drinks and snacks which were ok and receptionist seemed to be running the bar as well. Booked into our room....

Hello Mrs. Suzanne, I am afraid that your comment is referring to an other hotel than Hunters Quay Hotel. We don't have any restaurant and our linen is of the highest quality and always in perfect state. We will happy to have your visit next time.

Even when you are just about to berth, the image of the hotel is amazing, fascinating, just like in the pictures. The glamorous entrance, with those marvellous stairs, moves you to another time. Every room, every corner of the hotel is incredibly designed. All the details are carefully placed to transform your stay in an unforgettable experience. But above all,...

It's late Victorian/Edwardian times, you're loaded, and you need a place for the summer, where you can sail to. So you build a quay, a house with spires, windows with 270 degree views over the Clyde, and you obviously need a 2m glass dome over the stair case, for the light. Fast forward a hundred years, or so.....the area is...

I had a beautiful room here overlooking the water. The hotel was lovely and comfortable. Restaurant not generally open at this time of year for meals, however they will arrange a meal if asked in advance. Breakfast was lovely and perfectly cooked. I look forward to going back.
