My wife and I visited this Hotel for a 4 day break arriving on 14 October with David Urquhart travel. On arrival we were informed the lift was out of order and would not be repaired until Monday. Our room with a sea view was fine but a long way from reception area. On Saturday rather than go on the... More

The room was clean and lovely view. However there was not luggage rack, had to push cases under bed. The holder for shower head was broken, and were told it would be seen to the next morning, but this was not done and we were told it was a fitting which had to be ordered. This was an insult to my... Thank you for review. I apologise for the lift being out of order which was totally out of our control. The heating was switched on but with the size of the hotel it takes time for it to be heated throughout as it was previously switched off for the mild weather we have had. The elderly man who fell had... More

I thoroughly enjoyed the David Urquhart physic weekend. The food was good, the hotel was clean and the bedroom was comfortable. The physic evening presentations were impressive and we enjoyed beautiful scenery and sparkling sunshine on a trip to Inveraray. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and all in all it was great value for money. I would definitely return.

Room was So-So but not too bad. After booking in was told that the lift was not working. As we are both in our seventies and allocated a room on the third floor it was a bit of a struggle. On approaching the gate of the hotel you are faced with walls which had at some time been painted but... More

Stayed at the Glenmorag on a four night David Urquart break. Having seen some of the reviews we were a bit unsure what we would find. It turned out to be great value for money from start to finish. The coach driver Nigel was superb so the trips we took were really interesting. The Hotel is a little old and... More

Lift out of order from previous week. Not good as most guests were "getting on" a bit, several walking with sticks etc. A 91 year old fell down the stairs and was hospitalized with a broken clavicle. My first floor room (up 2 flights of stairs) was clean and comfortable but no case stand, and bathroom looked a bit tired.... More

We came for 2 nights for a physic weekend. This hotel is very run down and is in need of a lot of tlc. It's smells like an old folks home and could be doing with some air fresheners. It actually reminds me of an old folks home. The food was a disgrace the dinning room was very cold. One... More

We were here on a Travelstyle coach trip, and for the money paid thought it was very good. Definitely cheap but we had a comfy room with a splendid sea view, the food was good and the staff definitely cheerful. Add a bar serving drinks for a £1 and you can't go wrong. Just don't expect luxury.
