Hotel is remotely located, a 15 min walk from Limerick Junction train station, on the edge of a golf course. The hotel is of a very good standard with nice modern rooms containing everything you'd need. There is a spa and leisure facilities on site. Can't really fault my stay here

We had our wedding in Ballykisteen in September 2016.The location is in a beautiful scenic area - ideal for wedding photos. From the first meeting with Helen Leddy, we felt so looked after and really felt like there was no query too big or too small to approach them with. Helen was always so friendly and calm, and so quick...

We were staying here to attend a wedding. We were allocated a wheel chair friendly room which resulted in a wet room bathroom. When showering most of the floor got soaked and you then had to walk across this to get to the toilet until it dried. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The common areas in...

Left waiting at reception while one receptionist dealt with customers (understandable) but the other extremely rude member of staff ignored us. Our family room for 3 was run down. Curtain hanging from curtain pole on window. Windows did not safety locks on them and opened out ... even though we were on first floor. T V had just one channel...

This hotel recently changed hands and I can see them starting to strive harder to bring this up to 4 star standards. The rooms need updating, i.e. no hostel quality mattresses and portable tvs, but the rooms were spacious and warm, and the bathrooms were clean. We got a strong smell of smoking from our room and management need to...

My family and I recently stayed with you whilst attending the funeral of a beloved mother and grandmother. I cannot express enough thanks to all the staff, but especially caitriona, from booking to checking out for the wonderful service, welcome and appreciation of the reason for our visit. I hope to return on another, happier, occasion to fully enjoy the...

I needed a quick stopover and booked Ballykiseen at the last minute and to be honest I wasn’t expecting a lot but I had a very comfortable stay - a warm bedroom on arrival which was very welcome on a cold November night. Room was very comfortable and well furnished - good shower and plenty of good quality fluffy towels....

We had our wedding here 3 weeks ago today. the staff were brilliant to deal with, the food was amazing. The only problem i had was that in reception wouldn't take the cards but it was easy find someone to sort this out, Helen was fantastic to deal with and couldn't do enough for us. When we got engaged we...

Sadly after receiving a voucher from the hotel after past bad experiences, this hotel still let us down. No booking on arrival even though front office manager confirmed, house keeping walking into our room without knocking, being told kitchen was closed half way through our dinner and a cold breakfast the following morning. Hotel has potential but needs a lot...
