We absolutely loved this place and will definitely go back. Some of the best scenery I have ever seen in the UK, the old farmhouse is south facing and warm, fantastic local walks straight from the front door (including Chrome hill or "Dragons back"), everything about the B&B is of an enduring high quality with a luxury feel, and Karen...

We have enjoyed a weekend break at Stoop farm with the two children. The farm is located in a remote location with beautiful scenery and walking routes. Mobile phone signal was unavailable on the EE network but Wifi access was made available. The room was clean and well furnished with rustic decor and the owner Karen was very friendly and...

We had a short weekend break at Stoop Farm where Karen and Bez made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is first class and very comfortable. An excellent B&B referred to us. Excellent quality, even while also catering for our two young children - 2 & 4 yrs old. An amazingly remote, yet local setting and incredibly friendly and efficient hosts.

Just returned from a short weekend break here at Stoop Farm. The farmhouse itself is beautiful with many original features. Karen's hospitality was outstanding and even cooked us supper one evening (beef stew - yummy!). Breakfast is delicious and locally sourced. We stayed in the Hollins Hill View room which as the name suggests has lovely views over the landscape....

We booked Stoop Farm for our 1st wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint. The location is breath-taking. You really do feel like you're right in the heart of the Peak District. We were warmly welcomed by Karen and shown to our gorgeous room. The room was lovely and the view was absolutely amazing. There were lots of little personal touches...

The location is ideal for a weekend getaway. All the walks you could ever want right on your doorstep. The room was very warm and cosy, would have stayed for many more nights if we could! If you are considering staying at Stoop farm just book it as you will not be disappointed.

We had two nights in the Seven Room, warm and very comfortable with a large bathroom. The farm is completely away from it all, quite a surprise to see where we were, having arrived in darkness, there was a sprinkling of snow! We had a lovely walk directly from the house up Chrome Hill - great views. Tasty breakfast. We...
