Room was absurdly hot, the fan we were given was so thick with dust as to be unusable, the main road is right outside the window so even opening the window just a crack makes it too noisy to sleep. At breakfast there was a sausage and some peas under our table, waitress said nobody had sat there since the...

The hotel was clean and the staff and customer service was fine. The rooms are baking hot and the fans are a lifesaver. The road noise is an issue even with the windows closed. Let's be honest for what you pay for it isn't bad.

We stayed in a family room for one night. The staff were really friendly and chatty which was lovely and welcoming. We stayed when the weather was very hot. There was a large metal fan in the room which helped a bit and we were on the ground floor which was probably cooler. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep the windows open...

I booked three rooms for a family get together of 7 people, for three nights , two of the rooms were in 404 and 407. We stayed over the August bank holiday weekend. The drive itself leading to the premier inn is in a very poor state. There are a lot of pot holes so it's not good for your...

The Hotel was hard to find but was cheap and worth the money. The arrangements made by central booking had not been heard of but they quickly and politely saw to that. Reception was cheerful and professional. The customers were a rough old lot and made the adjacent breakfast facilities a health risk. I feel I am allowed to say...

Stayed here for 2 nights for a family meal in the Quays on a Saturday night in a Family room (Double bed, 2 singles and a cot). Room was spotless, lovely people on reception - Different all the time, but all polite and very accommodating! There was NO air conditioning in our room and it was very hot, but there...

I got the pleasure of staying here whilst working in the area, and there's not a single bad thing I could say. Ample parking with CCTV and Floodlighting meant that I felt saving leaving the company van and trailer in the car park. The staff were extremely friendly, and were always available (and happy) to help. The building was clean,...

As a Premier Inn, Festival Park, inside, was as expected (clean and comfortable), sadly the area it is sited in leaves a lot to be desired. The access road is very narrow, overgrown with shrubs on the side, with litter strewn along its whole length, also cars parked on both sides during the day. The Quays, a Fayre and Square...
