Awful. After having a bad nights sleep with a fan on and off all night, I asked to change rooms, which they refused. When I asked for my money back the next morning, they told me I had to call head office. I never received my money back (£100 or so) and am still waiting now in June. I doubt...

I found the room to be as good as usual, clean and tidy. Staff were good also The pub next to the inn was really poor. Staff were great but not enough of them and the manager was an appalling woman who just seemed to shout at the bar staff. I tried to order food but was told the back...

This is one of the best premier inns I have now stayed in. The setting is beautiful and right next to a lake. Minimal noise even with a busy bar next door. Only down fall of the entire place is that it's poorly sign posted through festival park as to where the hotel actually is. It's tucked right down the...

Everything was how you expect it to be, beautiful place, location and very lovely staff. Family room was very nice and bigger than expected! We stayed for a birthday event and all of us have said we will be staying here again as it was extremely welcoming, calm and I slept like a baby. Also love that you don't have...

Friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was having to leave the hotel to walk to the pub for breakfast and dinner. The food was good pub grub again value for money , but not fine dining.

During 2015 I stayed in the holiday inn, premier inn and travelodge at the festival leisure park. Premier inn has the best rooms by far. The only thing about it that is worse than holiday inn is that breakfast is served in a separate building across a car park.

Does what it says on the tin... Or in this case the advert. Spotlessly clean, spacious room, fan provided to ensure comfortable temperature and a window that actually opens! Comfy bed with extra pillows available in room. We were welcomed quickly and efficiently and offered any extra amenities but this wasn't pushy! Very good stay!

Our room was immaculate and very impressive. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was free. Even had a posh hairdryer which added to the extra effort put into the room. The location was lovely and peacefull and surrounded by all different types of restaurants which was very helpful.

We stayed at this premier inn last weekend and were really impressed. The only annoying thing was finding the hotel. We arrived at the complex and could see the travelodge and holiday inn.... Sadly we drove down a bumpy back road past the lake the get to the hotel.... Only to find there was a much safer and 'car friendly'...
