The staff are very friendly and helpful The rooms are very tired and not very clean The restaurant joined to it, was out of most things due to the unexpected nice weather they said it had been busy so literally most food was not available. Overall a bit disappointing but a good location

We opted to stay here having used another premier inn in the area whilst visiting family. It was ok for a weekend but not somewhere we would rush back to. The room was a bit dated and needed a lick of paint although spacious and adequate for our needs. We were disappointed at breakfast on the Saturday as although there...

This premier inn has a beefeater pub attached to it, breakfast there was absolutely fab. The lady manager on was really lovely. Really enjoyed breakfast and recommend giving it a try. We needed to be in the area to meet a new baby in the family. We wanted a clean, comfortable place to stay with breakfast and somewhere to have a nightcap at the end of the day. The Premier Inn fulfilled all our needs. Very clean and a most comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast made even better by the two lovely...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst on business in the area. The hotel is another good Premier Inn. Stayed in Room 58, which was adjacent to the main road. Even with the double glazing, the room was a little noisy, and it meant that even though the weather was hot, you could not sleep with the window open....

The lady on reception (I believe her name was Lin) was really charming and friendly which gave us a good start to our stay. We booked late, they only had a family room which was very spacious for the two of us. It was good that due to the hot weather a good quality fan was in the room which...

We stayed here as a base while with extended family for a wedding close by. This is not one of the 'showcase' Premier Inns ... there was no lift and it all felt a little dated. However it felt safe to leave the car and the attached pub was lively and child friendly. (They were fully booked for Friday evening...

My Dughter and Husband stayed here as I booked the Hotel Reservation, They were very happy with their room and had no complaints. It is on a slip road entrance to A13 and very handy for Basildon and CORRINGHAM ,
