          Whilst the entry price is less than some other National Trust properties, there really isn't much to see and as such doesn't represent good value. Only 3 downstairs rooms, the hall and entrance room are open and whilst it appears that upstairs rooms are beckoning,...More

          We noted the hall is only open from 2pm til 5pm and travelled north of Banbury expecting a couple of hours of interest as we have in most other NT properties. Car park is nicely placed next to the hall so has easy access for...More

          Really nice small NT property that is well worth a visit. Only a few rooms open as the family still live here but quite fascinating and very informative guides. Great views from the gardens with nice walks.

          I have not visited the house in recently. However, the walk around Farnborough Pool is beautiful. On a hot day walking under the canopy in dappled shade is beautiful. Why not share a picnic by the waters edge and feed the ducks a great free...More

          The hall is only open Wednesdays and Saturdays and there are only four rooms and a stairway to view.Having said that the staff are very friendly and the plasterwork is brilliant.The grounds are pleasant but not extensive
