Have always stayed at a Premier Inn because you always know what you get. Banbury was no exception, rooms good, food great. A small issue with the cistern noise overnight was dealt with very well to our total satisfaction by Kirsty, who couldn't have been more helpful. Overall another pleasant stay at a Premier Inn. The location of this one...

Check in was a breeze (self check in, but there was a lovely lady assisting). First impressions were that the room was modern, pretty clean & the bed was comfy! Bathroom was not as clean as I'd have liked (dirty around toilet hinges and under seat, & a few hairs here and there... plus debris behind the door!). Verrry noisy...

The hotel is really close to the M40 so very easy to find and a modern and newish building. There is plenty of car parking and the room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. Free wifi is always appreciated and there is a lift to higher floors. Despite being close to the motorway the room was silent and we...

Excellemt location and easy to find just off junction 11 of the M40. Quite a new building which is well designed with bar and restaurant just off the reception area. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Car park shared with Beafeater pub, Frankje and Bennys and a Costa so plenty of choice for refreshments.

Stayed here when it used to be a Holiday Inn. This is much better than the previous. Very welcoming from the staff. Clean spacious rooms, breakfast very very good, full choice available and in some cases cooked to order. The restaurant do evening meals and again very competitive price wise to the lack Frankie and Bennies nearby. Would recommend and...

This Premier Inn is well situated just off Junc. 11 of the M4 and has ample parking spaces. We found all the staff at the hotel very welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient which made our stay most enjoyable. We would recommend taking advantage of the Meal Deal for 23.99 which we thought was excellent value for money.

We waited 45 minutes for our food to be delivered in the restaurant which was not busy and were not given an apology from the staff, it was also cold in the restaurant and seating was basic The hotel is well located and staff on booking in were friendly. The rooms are adequate, clean and comfortable. Not sure we would...

I checked in at 21:30 and no one was around at first, touch screen and automated keys are obviously the way things are going. Bed was comfortable, room fairly clean apart from the black stains all over the sofa and dirty window (inside)...no Telephone! Breakfast was plentiful and the beer was very welcome after a long drive. Altogether a pretty...
