More like staying with caring friends than in a B&B or hotel. Fabulous bed, linen, large fluffy towels, great views and so close to town centre - yet quiet too. The welcome and the food was amazing. Couldn't recommend this place more highly. Thanks Sandra and Len for a great stay.

We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay, we certainly try to make everyone feel comfortable and at home when they come to stay with us, sorry we couldn't fix the weather though. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Maybe we will see you again sometime in the future.

A lovely comfortable stay, great hosts and reasonably priced, I can't recommend It highly enough. I had a large top floor ensuite room, more like a quality hotel than a b&b. I'll definitely be back. Thank you

I stayed here for one night for a works course in the area. The b&b is easy to find and close to centre. I got a warm welcome from Sandra and Len, my room was lovely, very clean, smart and modern and cannot be faulted. This is an excellent b&b run to a high standard with the care and attention....

Sandra gave me a very warm welcome with a pot of tea and home made shortbread. This is a high quality B&B convenient for the railway station and the town centre. The house and garden are maintained to a high standard. An excellent breakfast with home made marmalade and jam on offer.

Len & Sandra are very friendly. The room and en-suite was clean, tidy and well appointed. The towels were fluffy, the bed was lush and water was hot. I think that sums it all up, I just need to fell 200 characters, done! Thank you from Stuart & Fiona.

We stayed for three nights over the British Grand Prix weekend. The B&B was very friendly, clean and comfortable. The room was recently refurbished, spacious, bright and airy. The room had everything we needed - a good shower, huge comfy bed, nice towels and a good variety of teas, coffees and biscuits. We were wanting to leave early to get...

I'd you are staying in Banbury make this your first choice. Everything newly fitted and decorated, not just clean and tidy, rather, immaculate! Your hosts are lovely helpful people; whilst not overbearing they really go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay in Banbury. Great parking outside too. Really can't recommend enough.

Owners are very accommodating, bedrooms are very comfortable with en-suites etc.. 2 minute walk to town centre, yet very peaceful. I would recommend this guest house to anyone. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to most others in the same area which i have checked out.
