After being greeted by the lovely girls on the reception and shown to our room with our dog who was also welcomed, we were also given a list of local places to eat as they don't serve food on a Sunday evening. We thought this was a very thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely and clean with a soft bed...

Myself and a friend stayed here for the weekend it attend a wedding locally. The room was spacious and very clean. The bar and restaurant is very much geared to locals but we were given a warm welcome and very well looked after. We had an evening meal which was good and excellent value for money. Breakfast was great and...

Not so good this time around but not due to the renovations, the rooms are still super clean and tidy of a great size, tea and coffee in the room and WIFI, limited TV. Just a tad concerned the service was just off. Breakfast was cooked to order.

And we were well looked after. Family and friends that stayed in the hotel also had very good things to say about the rooms and how comfortable they were. I...

We had the family room, with one double and two singles. The beds were comfortable: firm but not uncomfortably so. There was sufficient room for our daughter to run around and sufficient storage for our clothes. The TV was large and easy to use. The room was a little dowdy, but not unpleasantly so. The shower was fine, nothing amazing,...

I stayed here recently as I had a meeting in Yeovil. My room was in the main building on the first floor. The bed was by far the most comfortable I slept in for a long time, which isn't something you can always say about the beds in even the better hotels. The en-suite room itself was fine for my...
