Stayed overnight for a local wedding celebration. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was noisy facing onto a main road and the weather was hot. Breakfast was pleasant and wifi was available.

Attended a post cremation wake here last week so experience is somewhat limited but the place was pleasant & stylish, the staff helpful and the food for the buffet good and well presented. We were in a side room for about 30/40 people which was comfortable. I would certainly use this hotel again in a similar context and subject to...

Don't stay in room number 4! Bed was creaky Floor was creaky......really creaky! Door lock felt badly worn, door handle felt as if it was coming off in our hands. Room was really warm, opening the window only meant you had to put up with the road noise outside. Walls paper thin. Could tell which re run of mock the...

Stayed here last week . Clean , stylish, as a hotel should be. Food was at a very very high standard and staff polite and attentive. If your down that way it's going in even if just for a meal . Really really good.

We had a family get together for a 70th birthday. We enjoyed a really tasty 3 course meal, with amazing roast beef. We were in the function room and able to decorate it. Really good staff, great service and wonderful food. Thank you for a great visit.

This is an excellent hotel - just the right size so good personal attention and excellent food - must be the Italian chef! Why only 3 stars we wonder, should be at least 4. Our room was perfect, comfortable and quiet. We would have liked the addition of a small fridge but that's a minor point. As an older couple...

After needing to check out of our original hotel in Yeovil (see other post regarding City Lodge) I was advised to stay at this hotel by the receptionist at the local Premier Inn as they were full. She even telephoned ahead and checked availability for me. After leaving the Premier Inn, I called the hotel to make my reservation whilst...

This small, friendly hotel is very under rated. It may appear to be a little pricey however its great value for money as you get what you pay for. The Sunday lunch is to die for. The staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to make your stay or meal special. My husbands company had their Christmas meal here...
