Was here on business for two nights and decided to take my wife. Coastal towns can be a bit cold and wild in February and this had the added bonus of being extremely wet too. I ought to admit up front that my client was paying, so the price of £80 for the room inc breakfast represented good value and...

As I write this review, I'm gazing out of the window whilst eating my breakfast in the downstairs brasserie. I find it difficult to fault this establishment given the terrific value for money on offer. The breakfast was top noch, one could tell that the food was fresh and nonetheless tasteful! My room was located on the second floor -...

Booked a couple of rooms here for one night recently. Were given twin rooms on the first floor overlooking the front. My room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. There was an en suite bathroom which was fine. The rate included breakfast which was served in the main restaurant and this was very nice. The hotel is large and...

This is a traditional seafront hotel with aging decor & uneven upstairs flooring. Also our room was rather a strange shape with the bathroom seemingly added on as an afterthought. Oh and we were directly over Worthing bus depot which despite the double glazing could still be heard till the last bus had finished for the day and was in...

We visited here Early January as part of a coach trip to see the ice skating in Brighton nearby The trip was organised through Jay and Kay of Crayford Kent I couldn't fault the whole weekend and the hotel played a large part in its success. The hotel was warm and cosy, a little too warm for me but my...

You get what you pay for, but I was happy with the room I stayed in. Although it was a standard room and a little tired in decor, the room was clean, tidy and adequate, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom/shower was a little cramped, but it was fine for one person. I was only staying for one night,...

Traditional style has some appeal, but there are no sockets to allow phone charging next to the bed, which is a must these days. Staff are friendly and accommodating, getting soya milk to go with tea. Breakfast is set or Continental, they do not offer vegan as standard but adapted readily to provide an adequate breakfast (see photo). The twin...

Excellent location just off the sea-front and close to the town centre with plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops close by.The green space out front looks pleasant. Check-in and check-out straightforward.Room was fine, clean and with a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.En-suite bathroom actually had a bath and an over-bath shower. All worked efficiently and the towels and toiletries provided were...

We stayed over the Christmas holidays including Christmas, Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The hotel is lovely and our room was great, overlooking the gardens. Only slight problems were the warmth of the hotel, far too hot, but this is a personal thing, and improved over the time we were there. Also, would have liked proper turkey for Christmas...
