I am currently in the bridal suite, having paid £200 to stay here. The walls and floor is reverberating with music- I can hear every word from the Dudley suite below and I've just been informed the party is lasting until midnight. Im getting married tomorrow and am going to be exhausted. I have spoken with reception who stated they...

Stayed here for 3 nights in a family room whilst we attended the nearby tough guy event. Having stayed here the past 4 years we have seen the hotel go from strength to strength and improving all the time. The room itself was beautiful and very well though out. The hotel feels a little bit luxury throughout. The bar and...

My partner was staying here long-term for work so I visited him for a few nights. Looks lovely from the outside and the inside. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and there's a nice bar area. We did not eat at the hotel but there's an Indian restaurant on site too. There's also a spa...

Came as a 4 after buying deal on groupon. Cannot understand some of the bad reviews on here. Staff were polite and helpful, had 2 members of staff come over to check we were enjoying ourselves whilst there. Sandwiches and cakes were lovely, 4 different choices for sandwiches and 5 choices of cakes including scones. Cannot fault it and cant...

The room was nice, although quite small, but the bathroom was wonderful - huge shower and lovely shampoos etc. The Spa was really nice and the pool lovely (although not really big enough for laps). It would have been good to be able to have access to treatments on a Saturday evening as I was a lone traveler on business,...

Struggling with your studies of Quantum Mechanics, Schrodingers' counter-intuitive theory etc? A visit to The Orangery at The Ramada will help! See ample demonstrations of how the staff can be in two places at once i.e. supposed to be getting more milk while simultaneously checking facebook messages! Also see examples of string theory whereby asking a clean cup passes into...

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Your points do seem a little unusual, however i will speak with the team specifically regarding them. On this occasion your points do not seem reflective of our usual high standard. We would have surely assisted you further if you raised your dismay with ourselves. We hope you give us another...

The welcome was brill, very friendly staff, everything explained. the hotel was a pleasure to enter. The room was modern, very clean, nicely done, and a comfy bed. We used to go to the Himley Country Hotel, never again, for the price difference it was worth it. This is the hotel we will use for our visits to family in...
