Proper local boozer. Friendly staff, a cheap pint and a good atmosphere. It's not the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be. Lots of regulars but you'll get a good welcome even if you only call in the once. Big beer garden out back with some play equipment for the little uns.

Stayed here for one night with friends, good pub, lovely people. Only real negative was no en suite but we knew this before we booked and it was reflected in the price. If I were to go to Warrington again I would stay here!

Firstly this hotel is above a public house so there will be the inevitable disturbance from patrons but that aside the rooms are of a good size, clean and comfortable. The shared bathrooms are very good with a few showers and a bath tub in one of the areas, towels are provided and also a kettle etc in each room...
