Me and my wife chose the hotel because it was located close to a concert that we were attending in Victoria park, It was our first visit to Warrington and we found the whole stay really enjoyable the location and the people were brilliant.

Came to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday for the Retro Decades disco , we did have a half hour wait to get into the room to sit down for our meal but the meal did come quickly and the suite was decorated lovely , unfortunately we were told that the dj who was to hold the disco had cancelled at half an hours notice and another member of staff had to stand in for the music she did try her best but it was a bit disappointing when this is why we had booked the event here ,also the bar was very slow with no more than 2 members of staff working which took ages to get served but we did make the most of the evening for my daughter

Stayed three nights on business. Check in was simple and the bed and breakfast rate included car parking. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Air con didn’t seem to cool the room very well. Ate in the restaurant one night before the football on the telly. The restaurant/bar is good for sports fans with lots of giant screens. I had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries and it was very tasty and such a large serving I couldn’t finish it all. Breakfast was okay, but only had porridge made with water. Location is good for the train station and Warrington town centre.

Have tried to contact numerous times regarding left luggage and absolutely no response. My son was badly injured after a bench collapsed in the filthy changing rooms at the pool and we have had no follow up, the life guard laughed and manager did not even ask if we were hotel guests or take our room number - he was covered in bruises and had a cut foot - serious staff training is required

A one night stay which went without a hitch. Staff were courteous, food in the restaurant was decent and the gym served its purpose. The room was looking dated with patches of carpet missing however the bed was comfortable and TV substantial.

The hotel is a great value and offers the services that make for a nice stay when on business. It is at a great location with convenient access to the train station as well as many restaurants. The location as a very nice gym as well as a good pub and grill.

Good stay over the bank holiday weekend. Good standard of rooms and excellent reception staff. Pub & Grill good atmosphere however could have done with more servers for a busy. Overall a good trip and meets standard expected.

The meeting room was extremely hot and when the air conditioning was out In extremely cold The food afterwards was disgusting the chips were burnt and had to be sent back the meat on the mixed grill was crucified and sausages raw The pudding was a meringue nest with tinned cream and sour fruit
