Stayed in this hotel 7/8 February whilst down in Warrington for a funeral. Hotel easy to get to, very close to the shopping area. Room spot on. It did overlook the railway line out of the back of the hotel however I can honestly say we never heard anything from it at all. Quiet at night so good nights sleep. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. One of the girls gave us extra milk and coffee sachets in request. Car parking on site which is always an added bonus. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Was very disappointed with this hotel. The bathtub had these brown looking stains in them that made it unpleasant to even step into it. The window handle fell off as soon as i touched it. There’s this noise at night which i think is from the extractor system. Was there for almost a week and always struggle to sleep every night.

The initial room we were put in had a mattress and duvet that absolutely stank of urine and had them been sprayed with some kind of fabric freshener!! One of the towels in the room we were moved to had blood on it and the cereal packet in one of the breakfast boxes was open! All in all a horror show. Notwithstanding it is a budget hotel, there are basic levels of hygiene and cleanliness that should be attained. AVOID
