Stayed 2 nights for a business trip. Everything was as i hoped - room was clean, bed was very comfortable and a fantastic breakfast. Attentive and very friendly staff, especially the Manager Jay Cotton who was able to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We stayed here as a base for our daughters wedding. So handy location just off the motorway but very quiet and plenty of parking. Every single premier inn team member we met were just brilliant and a credit to premier inn. So welcoming and friendly and helpful and our daughter the bride stayed the night before the wedding and they left her some gifts and well wishes from the team which was lovely. We have stayed at many premier inns but the team members were the best ever so thank you for a fabulous stay. Will definitely be staying here again xx

I booked this premier inn for the night before my wedding as it was close to the venue and I wanted a simple, affordable and comfortable place to sleep. Premier inn is my go to hotel for overnight stays in the UK. My family were also staying at the hotel and told them I was bride before I arrived later in the evening. They left me a little towel elephant and some chocolate with a little note. A lovely surprise and a memorable touch to my stay and a great way to start my wedding festivities. I have to also say that the staff at this particular premier inn were just incredible too. So friendly and accommodating, particularly as we were large group. Room was clean and comfortable and I could ask for more.

Very comfortable, quiet hotel close to the M6 but far enough away there was no road noise. Clean room with everything you need. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good choice of evening meal and breakfast.

Ideal location as an overnight stop after travelling all day. So easy to find as it is literally just off the M6 junction 21 but no traffic noise and a great sleep. As always Premier Inn delivered again . Love that the restaurant is so close and no need to go anywhere else . Reception staff were very efficient and probably one of the quickest check in’s we have had . Ground floor accessible room for us with plenty of space for mobility scooter. Restaurant staff on the ball and worked so well together and that was a pleasure to see especially as it was a pretty busy Saturday night . Free parking .. excellent 👍 . Fuel station a few minutes drive away to refuel .. what more could you want . Thank you to everyone who made our stay one to remember 🍷🍷.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ollie, Duty Manager, on our arrival. Our room was on the ground floor, and was very quiet. The room was decent size, and comfy bed. Shower was very good,. We had decided to have dinner in the restaurant after driving for hours already, but didn’t expect much. We were pleasantly surprised not only with the food being good, but their meal deal is great value. Meal deal is 2 courses, with drink (including option of glass of wine) and breakfast the next morning. I think I saved about £9 per person, so pretty much breakfast for free. All staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely use Premier Inn again.

Good location, clean tidy rooms, responsive staff, reasonable price point. Shame that the shower room expelair fan didn't work. this left the shower room full of steam for at least an hour. This is the the second Premier inn that I have stayed at recently that has had this problem. Could this be an energy saving feature of the 'Group' ?.
