Hotel's Favourite
Cant fault thevroom or sleep, was great cant fault breakfast, hot plenty of it and good staff. Evening meal a real disappointment lack of staff food warm not hot, no customer service andvwaited 55 mins to get main course that was below average. No one checked on us, very disappointing.

I stayed for a business trip. The hotel was clean with big rooms and a comfortable bed. The service is outstanding. The food and drink was delicious and good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were quick efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend!

easy parking, greeting on arrival with a smile and simple chk-in. The room has everything you need, with a good size bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door has everything on offer you would want. Always happy with premier inn :) Great location in-between Liverpool & Manchester.

I found Ian quite rude and confronting when asking me to provide my nationality and automatically assuming I was not likely to be British and "may need to provide my passport" as evidence of my entry into the Country. The number of hotels I stay in throughout the year and have never been asked for this information. Moreover, if this information is required, why is it not asked for at the point of booking, especially if they may need to see your passport ... who walks around with their passport on a daily basis??

Very clean with friendly staff. Someone available 24 hours if needed. Bed super comfy wanted to bring it home!! Shower was amazing!! Soundproof windows were amazing too! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

Room 33. Quiet, warm, comfortable. Immaculately clean. Good shower suitable for a tall man. No noise from other guests. Comfortable beds. No road or outside noise. Very impressed. I hope to return. There were other guests in surrounding rooms but there was no din, I barely heard a peep. It's a good idea to have spare pillows in the room. I needed some printing from my laptop and reception facilitated this. Free WiFi worked well.

Convenient location for our needs close to family, with a safe car park, and well known and respected brand image. Our stay lived up to our needs and expectations. The adjacent restaurant was busy and the staff stretched, but the team showed remarkable effort, good will and cheerfulness. We were able to request that our room be made up on the second day of our stay and this was done well.
