Typical Travelodge. Clean and tidy and staff were lovely as always. Only thing for me was the TV signal was practically non existent. Not worth bothering the staff over as I'm sure they couldn't do much about it. The area is really bad for phone signal/Internet so I'm guessing it's not the hotels fault
My grandfather recently stayed at the Travelodge. The customer care/service was exceptional. The team was so friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness and amenities were marvellous. My grandfather was very comfortable and enjoyed his stay. Thank you so much to everyone for your helpful service!
Excellent staff, made us feel very welcome. We did experience a couple of issues but these were dealt with ASAP and so our satisfaction. Got the impression that they are a happy team that is well led and that they care about you as a customer. We will be returning.
Great location. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Lovely staff. On a junction of 2 very busy roads but you'd never know as triple glazing in rooms. Millar and carter restaurant next door for a meal. Loads of parking .
Excellent receptionist welcomed us and the rooms did not disappoint. A really great clean value for money stay ins huge room. Check in and check out were simple and the vending machine took card payments. Temperature was just right and the bed was comfy. Was there 10 hours and it was worth every penny.
Room was very tired and carpets stained and discoloured. The bedding appeared clean but had a distinctive odour which could be smelt once in bed which wasnt very pleasant. Wouldn't stay at this Travelodge again.
My family and I went to Manchester and stayed in Warrington Lowton Travelodge in January 2022. I would say my experience with Travelodge was always good. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and nice. Unfortunately, our latest experience with Travelodge was quite unpleasant. First of all, the room smelled. It smelled like a smelly feet. We have to open the window under cold weather and hope to get rid of the smell asap. However, it didn't work. The smell lingered on until we checked out. Second, the two soap dispensers in the bath room were falling apart. The lid never closed. We couldn't get any soap out unless we stuck our hand under the lid and press the button directly inside the dispenser. It was just a two days stay and it destroyed all my good experience with Travelodge.…
We stay regularly at this Travelodge as we have family close by. Our room was on the ground floor and we were disappointed at the tired and dirty room. The carpet certainly had not been vacuumed. It is a shame as we always find the staff friendly, but the rooms certainly need updating .
Stayed for one night. Delighted with price. Staff welcoming.Hotel a little dated but rooms double - double glazed so quiet. Everything in room fine. Slept well. Handy for East Lancs road and connections to M6 and M62.
Reception staff was very helpful even to the point of seeing my hands full with case and walking stick and taking breakfast box and keys and opening the room door for me. Pleasant stay again and would be happy to book in again at any time.
