Our Estuary Glimpse room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the estuary. The room was warm but there was a full length window that slid open. I was touched by the lovely handwritten message on a card from the Harbour Crew, 'A very warm to welcome to Salcombe' and wishing me a wonderful stay especially over my birthday....

The hotel is beautiful - we stayed on a Sunday evening in a premium room with a balcony. It was clean, fresh and with stunning views. Staff on check in and check out were great and the whole hotel experience felt very special. Sadly this was totally overshadowed by the restaurant: the staff simply could not have cared less and...

This hotel is incredible. The rooms are gorgeous with wonderfully comfortable beds and everything you could need. Blankets and binoculars a very nice touch to enjoy watching the world go by and the gin & sherry decanters set this apart from your usual high-end hotel. The service is superb - friendly and highly professional. The spa was beautiful. I would...

Was meant to be booked in for three nights but checked out after 12 hours. I requested non feather bedding due to a severe allergy and this was ignored. It was sorted but only after laying on the bed and quickly realising it was feather. The rooms I believe are small and overpriced. They are nicely decorated but beds a...

We stayed on the top floor of this Hotel The room was well presented and comfortable with an absolutely stunning view, especially from the balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Service a little haphazard at times. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again. My only gripes were a poor wifi signal in the room and the balcony needed a...

We booked in to Salcombe for a new year recovery break with our medium sized dog. If you, like us, are always trawling for a hotel that's both dog friendly and actually nice for humans too, this is a good one! The hotel is brilliant for well behaved dogs - a lovely bed and bowl are waiting in the room...

My husband an I just had unbelievable massages at the Salcombe harbour hotel. Jasmine and Naomi delivered some of the best massages I've had in this country. Massage rooms are lovely and warm, smell incredible with beautiful music. ESPA products used, and they're used in a perfect quantity. We'll definitely be back! Thanks
