Stayed in chalet room 15. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and bedding. We didn't have dinner here but had breakfast which was excellent. Served by the very helpful, courteous and eloquent Toby who took time out to help and advise us about places to visit. Would stay again.

Not been to this part of the country much, so decided to give it a go. Not disappointed. The inn on the wye is a great place to have a based to explore the area. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Just outside of Ross on Wye so nice and quiet after a long day exploring. Nice view of Goodrich castle...

We have been here a couple of times now. The food is average pub food. Not offensive but certainly not special. The service is also a little slow. Might be ok for a drink by the river though. Lots of parking and good setting.

We use this pub and restaurant quite often, so we were surprised with the poor service last night! There didn't seem to be anyone in charge of what seemed to be mostly new staff. The food was ok, basic as it was but when we ordered a couple of cheese boards at a cost of £6.95 each instead of desert,...

I liked this hotel (my husband not so much) and as I would happily return I will put the positives first. The best thing is the family room. This is not a 'room' but a suite of bedrooms off a lobby, which is great for a family as we could put the different aged children to bed at different times...

The Inn is situated on the main road to village of Goodrich about 3.5 miles from Ros On Wye. It has plenty of free parking, the rooms and restaurant are down steps from the car park. It is an old building with plenty of character, we had twin beds in a room in the pub but there are chalets available...

We went here for lunch with my elderly parents. Food was very good, shame about little Lord Fauntleroy who served us. Management should sort out his attitude problem if anyone is to return for a second visit, we certainly would not!
