We have just returned from a lovely stay in the New Forest with Pauline and Andy. I think everyone else here has summed it up, big spotless room, comfy bed, with everything you could possibly need, tea and coffee, biscuits, KitKats, sweets and that is just in the bedroom. Loads of towels, toiletries and lovely soft robes in the cleanest...

The very best B & B, absolutely perfect, a wonderful roomy and well appointed guest bedroom and bathroom with lovely crisp bed linen, and plentiful supply of soft luxury towels and extra treats. Pauline and Andy are wonderful hosts and take a great deal of pride in their spotlessly clean home and well maintained gardens which are visited with a...

Excellent B&B Pauline and Andy were perfect hosts. Fantastic room and ensuite, catering to your every need and more. Spotlessly clean, best nights sleep we have had in a long time, helped by an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was very very good with so much choice along with a beautiful setting to eat it in, whilst watching all the different...

Pinetrees is the best b&b we have ever been to and we have tried many. The location is easy to find and only a short drive from Lymington town. The bedroom space is very larger and everything is meticulously thought of, nothing missed. Lovely en-suite shower and toilet, all modern.Breakfast was lovely and again everything catered for. My wife commented...

My boyfriend and I went to Pine Trees Cottage in May for two nights. Pauline and her husband were extremely welcoming and helpful. As we didn't have a car, they picked us up from the train station and gave us lifts everyday to different places so we could start our walks. Also, they were so nice that they agreed for...

As soon as we arrived Pauline made us a cup of tea which we had in the garden. Both Pauline and Andy made us welcome and were very friendly. The spotlessly clean room was spacious with a huge double bed and very roomy en suite. All toiletries were supplied together with fluffy white towels, bathrobes and slippers if you wanted...

We chose this B&B after reading reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. The house is on the main road but set back from the road so the bedroom is very quiet and tranquil. Pauline and Andy were super helpful about local places to go and pubs with good food. Breakfast with fresh fruit, and lovely bread (homemade?). Really close...
