Can't fault the hotel. Have stayed at numerous Premier Inns and have had good experience's with all of them including this one. You know what your gonna get and it's what you get. Plenty of families stay here with young kids so beware, but wasn't a problem anyway. Great steaks at the beefeater next door too ;)

Arrived early evening, easy check in and no hassle. Room was as expected, clean, tidy and very comfortable bed. The beefeater restaurant sat next to the rooms was busy, but really attentive staff. I was told to book when I arrived, and I would recommend that you do. Service was excellent , staff very friendly and food very tasty. Breakfast...

Hotel and Beefeater in a nice quiet location with a Tesco, Harvester and Petrol Station down the road. Staff friendly and welcoming. Parking free and right outside. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only complaint was no air conditioning, they do provide a fan but I personally found the duvet too hot for time of year. Beefeater very nice, cosy traditional building...

Stayed here overnight fabulous rooms excepionally clean cannot fault it. Do not eat in restaurant poor quality of food and presentaion really let down the whole stay both dinner and breakfast were shocking! Have stayed here before and never had such bad food. Don't expect rubbish for the price charged. Very poor. Restaurant letting the team down bigtime!

On arrival the lady on reception was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. The only "restaurant" on site was a Beefeater pub. Not my idea of fun, very noisy with my steak being of poor quality and over cooked. The buffet breakfast in the morning was better though. There was no air conditioning in our room just tall fan...

Spent two nights exploring the local area, hotel was peaceful and quite. The main road had minimal impact. Room was clean, comfortable, not much storage but OK for our short stay. Corridors were long, and there was no lift to the upper floor resulting in a long haul with luggage to rooms furthest from reception. The staff were friendly, helpful...

Stayed for one night before continuing onto Scratby, have to say was a lovely place and the staff are really helpful, nothing seemed to much for them, and they even offered directions when we said we were going to meet family.

Room 150 was at the far end of the hotel in a quiet location. The air conditioning could not be turned down or off so you had to open the window to cool the room down. The toilet continued to flow and didn't cut off. On complaining to the reception staff, they stated they would get if fixed. They didn't....

As always (in our experience) a reliable, friendly, clean, good quality Premier Inn with ample parking and a pub next door. We ate there one evening and it was very good for a Beefeater but not the sort of place we fancied for breakfast as both the English and Continental were too big for our tastes. Luckily Tesco was nearby!...
