Nice clean hotel. Short walk to town centre with free parking and wifi though that was a bit dodgy at peak times. Breakfast fine. Rather old fashioned decor but not a problem unless you're a design obsessive. We stay regularly in Loughborough and this is good value and convenient.

We only stayed one night, but my partner came here last year by herself, loved it and wanted to return. I was super impressed. Very clean, tidy, warm, welcoming and homely. We had a spacious room and I felt the breakfast area was excellent, as was the breakfast itself. The best part is Bailey and Brandy, the resident bichon-frises. I...

While working at the University, this guest house is perfect in many ways. A nice drive a way in the country but not too far away from work. Greeted by the owner and shown the room. Room sizeable and very clean and tidy. Breakfast to die for. Could not have been made more welcome. Back again soon.

I couldn't fault this place. If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming and pleasant place to stay, this is the one! We were greeted by the lovely lady who owns the guesthouse. She was very friendly, informative and couldn't have been more helpful! The room was a great size, clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also...

The room was a lovely size. It had lots of plug points which meant I could charge my laptop, phone and iPad at the same time. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, they made me feel very welcome in Loughborough. The breakfast was lovely and really big and I liked the fact it had newspapers that you can...

Stayed one night, with a colleague, in connection with work. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast fine. It takes only 10 minutes or so to walk into town, where there is the usual range of restaurants etc. plenty of onsite parking to the rear of the property.

We enjoyed staying here - very friendly and welcoming staff and great breakfast. Decor is old fashioned but actually I quite liked it. The only downside was the noise as unfortunately other guest woke us up at 7 am leaving through the front door - which was not great having gone to bed at 1. I think having a bedroom...

We stayed at this Guest House on our way from London to Scotland. The room was well appointed, with a good bed, character bathroom and tasteful furnishings. Everything is well cleaned. Breakfast was served in a large conservatory, an extended part of the house and this was a highlight of our stay. Excellent range of cereals, yoghurts, fruit and vegetarian...

Stayed for one night, location ideal for my needs. Lots of pubs and local restaurants within ten minutes walk. For one night it was fine. Room quiet and comfortable enough. En suite a bit cramped and it took a lot of fiddling with the shower to find the right balance between freezing or scalding. Breakfast was ok, but obviously done...
