After a long ride from South Wales to Lockerbie it was nice to relax in this privately owned hotel, the room was well presented and the bar food was a very high quality, we had breakfast the next morning which was also very good
A quirky hotel enhanced by the very helpful, cheerful staff. It's an old building showing signs of wear and tear, but only to be expected. It was actually around half the price of the other hotels we stayed in during our week in Scotland.
Check in was really easy and pain free, our rooms were very clean and although cold this was soon rectified by the helpful staff on duty. Christina the waitress come receptionist was very helpful and it was clear she was happy to be at work....More
Very tired hotel in desperate need of some TLC - some of the public rooms were very cold although our bedroom was lovely and warm. The grout in the bathroom was black which put me off having a bath, so I settlewd for a shower...More
