Stayed here for one night in December. The owner Anne was absolutely fabulous, before i had even settled in she made me a cup of tea and we had a nice chat. The room is top notch and has everything you require and more, my room had excellent views to the garden which i can imagine are excellent in summer....

We stayed here for a night to break our journey to Scotland. Friendly, helpful owner. The room was clean, tidy and well decorated as was the rest of the place. I recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

We stayed for two nights and were welcomed by lovely Ann with coffee and biscuits after our drive. Room had everything you would need - wifi, tv, trouser press, tes/coffee. tolietries, bath robe. Many a "luxury/expensive" hotel I've stayed in offers much less for higher cost. Breakfast was fantastic and the final bill was oh so reasonable. Thanks Ann. Loved...

We were greeted with a cup of tea & were allowed to check in early so we could get ready for the wedding. The hotel provides tea & coffee in the room but...

We stayed one night in room 6 on our way to Yorkshire. The roon had a lovely super king bed and over looked the gardens at the back of the house. Breakfast was great, our host was very welcoming. There are 2 pubs within walking distance if you want to eat. There is plenty of parking and the motorway is...

What an excellent guest house. Close to the motorway and airport, with plenty of parking space. Perfect location for lots of visitor attraction, including Tatton Park and Dunham Masey. We received a warm welcome and the room was extremely clean and very comfortable, with great facilities. Very tasty breakfast.
