This is a slum barely dressed up as a hotel. Bed bugs. Vermin. Dirty. My family felt unsafe because of the building and many of the occupants. I reported the vermin to environmental health who made it abundantly clear this was not the first time this 'hotel' had been subject of a complaint. Can only hope at some point the...

I booked last minute in an emergency, and as they say beggars can't be choosers but I've learnt my lesson. The room was very hot and although there was an air cooler in there it wasn't working. There were smells from the adjacent Chinese / Indian restaurant so you couldn't even relax with the window open. There was banging (some kind...

I have stayed here before and was a little worried staying here again as last time all we could smell was the curry house from down below and the smell stuck with us the whole 4 days we stayed here But this time round it was OK and no smell, the rooms looked like they had tried to do a...

After we had booked a double room'(A double bed) and arrived at our room we had been given two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. After asking to either be moved or given appropriate bedding they moved us, then to find the room dirty. The receptionist then refused to have the room cleaned. Never again.

The room was a good size, but no towels, locks didn't look like they would prevent anyone coming in. It was noisy and clearly was not a tourist hotel but more a hostel for temporary homeless. I would not recommend unless you were very desperate or have no choice.

This hotel is what it is for the price, you don't expect to pay a low price and get a 5* experience. The issue seems to be that the hotel is doubling up as a social services spill over facility, with lots of youths being housed here. It is perfectly acceptable to use the hotel in this way, if they...

We booked in here for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who appeared coreopsis and helpful. He asked us if we required breakfast in the morning and at what time. We told him 8 am. He then helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. We noticed 3 youths hanging...
