Had an absolutely brilliant time here. Stayed at a few Park Deans in Devon/Cornwall and although it’s smaller and doesn’t have the same facilities it suited our needs perfectly.
Caravan was superb and no issues whatsoever, it was clean and had everything we needed.
Been to 4 other Park Dean resorts and this one is by far the best.
Park your car and forget,as everything is within walking distance.

Booked a long weekend in May and had a 3 bed caravan. Caravan was clean and well equipped. Location was fab. Entertainment was good. Would definitely return and try and persuade my parents to buy on this site as nice and small.
First of with check in would be an idea to tell us which caravan Is ours so we can park there so don't have to use overflow car park as I had to move my car three times that day one at front disabled as...More

Hi there, the beach is about 10 minutes walk straight down the main road outside the camp, does have a couple of free carparks. The beach is mainly large pebbles, but if you go to the ferryboat end of Hayling Island, then there is more sand there, but only when the tide recedes!
