We stayed as a family of four in the family suite for one night. First impressions of suite, were good - bright, clean, airy. However not at all impressed with bathroom. Dated shower with leaky shower door, flooded bathroom. Water was not regulated, either boiling or freezing with weak flow. Bed was comfy & location quiet except when someone elsewhere...

We had an amazing stay here. The owner greeted us on arrival and had prepared our room with precision including the baby's cot. We were upgraded and we're amazed how lovely the place was. The bed was comfy we all slept well. At breakfast the staff were friendly and our baby was catered for. Definitely returning here in the future...

My wife and I have stayed in many good hotels around the world and have high expectations. This hotel is small but has done everything to satisfy its guests. And they have achieved it. We were definitely happy guests, having experienced the care and consideration reflected every fine detail of the service: all areas are clean, staff are friendly, breakfast...

The staff was quite lovely and kind. My dog was very welcome. There was ample street parking and the sea side was a quick few blocks away. I paid extra for the breakfast and was glad of it. It was freshly made-but only served between 8 and 9 am...so be ready to get up a bit early if you want...

I would highly recommend this hotel. I went with my little dog and the owners Barry & Ben could not have made us more welcome. The place was immaculately clean with crisp white bed linen. The breakfasts were huge and with a great choice. The only down side for me was that my room was on the top floor and...

I'm stunned at the quality of this place especially for the price. Lovely owner , warm welcome, very smart decor, small but decent room and very clean. The en suite was tiny but we'll designed so was fine for my needs and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. It's in a good location too , I could run along the beach...

Hotel quite nice, rooms clean but small. Breakfast was floating in grease on my plate, unable to eat, told owner who said sorry but didn't offer any alternative, cereal bowl had already been taken as only wanted cooked so left hungry after paying £80 for my room not happy

we stayed at this hotel for one night, everything was perfect from the room, the location, to the very substantial breakfast. Barry the owner could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend. We will certainly stay here again.
