We arrived in Aviemore without booking any accommodation and on visiting the helpful tourist information place managed to get the last room in the Ravenscourt Hotel. We were informed before we confirmed the booking that it was a small room, which was OK for us. On arrival we were really pleased with the choice. The building is immaculately kept and...

Arrived at the Ravenscourt after booking at tourist info in Aviemore - there was no room at the inn there. We were glad we did. Ravenscourt is a beautiful house run by a lovely couple and provide the best breakfast I've had in any guest house or hotel. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

I spent two weeks traveling around Britain and wish I had spent it here. It's an old three story stone house well appointed and maintained, run by a wonderfully understated and efficient family. Two lounges, including a small private bar, and solarium for first rate breakfast (included). Not all rooms are en suite, but they have private bathrooms, meaning you...

Stayed here for one night recently. The room was described as a small double but it was a good size with an esuite shower room. Location wise it was a couple of streets back from the main street so very handy. The hosts very both lovely and provided an excellent breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and a first class breakfast. Highly recommended, hopefully we will have the opportunity to return in the future

Some friends had already booked this hotel for the night and we were fortunate to get a room here as well. The house is a beautiful building close to the centre of the pretty town of Granton-on-Spey. Although our room was quite small it was well equipped and clean and comfortable. After eating out we were able to relax in...

My husband and I recently stayed here. The building is very impressive from the outside and it only gets better as you enter the front door. The owner was a very pleasant chap, greeted us and showed us to our Luxury double room. The room had a huge bed, it had double aspect views and good quality furniture. The bed...

We stayed here on the last night of our road trip around the North Coast 500. Grantown-on-Spey is a beautiful little town and as we drove down the tree-lined avenue to see Ravenscourt House Hotel, we were not disappointed at all. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room. The room was very spacious, and extremely clean with great...

It was lovely to come in out of the cold Highland winter to stay at this warm, cozy inn. It has kind of an eclectic country decor. The room was a nice size, with great attention to the important little details (comfortable bed, great bath products, towel warmer). My only complaint is that the radiators had a hard time keeping...

We arrived late after a long trip and received a warm welcome from the owner. He was kind and joked with the children. We were taken to our family room which was beautiful and clean. The kids room was a good size too and gave them and us some freedom whilst still having them close! The beds were comfortable and warm....
