I stayed here in transit between flights - booked the room for 6 hours. The hourly "transit rooms" are small. Clean, comfortable bed, hot water in shower. Air conditioner just on top of bed and runs a bit cold. Staff where friendly at check in and check out.

One downside with staying here is the shuttle service - it only leaves once an hour and if your are desperate for sleep in between flights and are staying and paying for the room on hourly basis, getting to and from the airport on time cuts precious sleeping time from the stay.

We had a few hiccups with this hotel and in retrospect probably would not book this hotel again for a stopover.

We had arranged transport with the hotel, after 2 hours no one arrived. We had to have the added expense of the taxi.

Arriving at the hotel, the staff were lovely and very accommodating. We were very tired and hungry and just wanted something to eat. Word of caution all of the surrounding restaurants and shops only take cash and those who said they took visa the machine was not working. There are two ATM machines that are not compatible with overseas bank cards.

The room was not clean, there was dirt everywhere and all the dirty towels from the hotel were piled up out our door and smelt awful.

We were just in KL for a late arrival and early departure. The hotel is 20 minutes away and cost double of the Tune Hotel. The extra cost of the transport and distance from the airport, it really just seemed like it was not worth the extra effort.

Could have been a very good stay- quick and good value transfer, practical neighborhood with many restaurants incl great satay place, comfortable bed and good shower. However there were huge marks on the walls in many places, torn towels, some mould in bathroom and a dangerous, sharp step from bathroom up into bedroom. I think some rooms could be noisy and can hear alarm noise as people swipe in and out of rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful during stay.

I also contacted hotel with a polite email about these points and had no reply.

This place should never be named a hotel, it is awful. I made reservation at the hotel before midnight and i pointed out i arrive 5 am. My stay was short. When i arrived, i contacted the hotel with whatsapp, they took forever to respond. I asked if they have an airport transpiration, they told me yes but they will charge me 22 Ringet and the shuttle come to airport every hour. I mentioned i like to use it however the hotel staff on whatsapp told me, i can't go on the next shuttle, i must wait 2 hours even if there is space on the shuttle to confirm my reservation. I took a grab (cost me 50 ringet). When i arrived to hotel, there were 2 ladies in front desk i explained that i have reservation, they told me sorry you can't check in we close it at 4 am, but we can charge you for new room. I got furious what the hell that mean i am here for 5 hours at most and i leave before check out time. When i got angry they told me okay we will check u in. They give ma key. I went to the elevator, went inside and clicked on the button but it didn't work, one of the staff was a nice girl and i like to point out she was the only nice staff i met in that hotel the rest were awful. she came in and tried to help me get up and apologized for the elevator. I went to the 1st floor (there is only 1 floor), i got into the room. the room was awful, dirty, sheets are yellow, worse part was the broken A/C. i went down and pointed the issue out, the nice girl came with me up and tried to fix it but it is all worn off. she got another key for another room that was also broken, then a 3rd room that had cockroaches inside. Then another room that she hardly was able to open, the place was awful but i got tired. I went down and paid for transportation with the rude staff and asked for shuttle at 11 and wake up call at 10. Thanks god i had my alarms on, they never called me. Went down to find out 2 new staff, i asked for check out and where the driver. They checked the sheet to find my name there then called driver to tell me sorry drive is not available he will be here at 12. Care to wait.

One of the staff ignored me and went outside to smoke. Off course i couldn't wait, i ran out and took grab to pay more than 50 ringet back to airport.

This hotel is so awful. You better off anywhere else, i also like to point out, it is not close to airport as they claim. 25 minuet drive is the distance between KLIA 1 and this place in an empty highway

Booked for 2 rooms. 1 single room and 1 family room. Checked in after 4pm. I got single room and once I enter to the room, the room was stinky. Not expecting much as it is a budget hotel. After unpacking I went to the family. It was stinky too but bit spacious. Around 7pm went to the room to have a bit of rest before going out for dinner. Pull the duvet and for my surprise there was a stain and found kind of fresh mucus. It’s seem the duvet cover wasn’t change from previous guest. Rang the reception to change the duvet unfortunately due to housekeeping staff already gone, she can only bring a fresh cover. When she arrived I shown her about the stains. She asked me to used a fresh duvet cover to cover the dirty duvet. I refused to touch and she removed the cover and asked me to covered the duvet myself. Well when she removed I can see the stain and disgusting. Have to to the fresh cover by myself. Try to rest before out for dinner unfortunately I’m restless. I have a sleepless night. Next morning when I’m using the bathroom I noticed the bathroom is filthy and disgusting. The toilet bowl worse than public toilets. Stain on the bathroom walls. No toilet papers at all. The sink is filthy. After get ready I went to reception to complain about it. Also complained to the manager by showing the picture. The manager wasn’t handle very well. Really disappointed and reported to the agent after checkout. The agent have requested for the refund and the hotel refused to refund. They still charging me for a disgusting room that I had. Please please avoid these hotel

We stayed her while on a stop over through KL, the hotel is new, clean and the staff over very friendly and helpful. We arranged a Airport pick up and the driver was there and waiting for us, Staff speak great english, its a little over priced for what it is but cheaper then staying at Tune Hotel and the rooms are much much nicer. Will stay again when passing through KL

Although they are on the shuttle service the rooms are not nice. We had a superior queen room which was extremely small. The issue was some sort of mosquitoes in the room during the night which left welts on my body. I didn't get a lot of sleep from the stinging of the bites and still have lumps as day later.
The AC rattled as well all night long. Breakfast is pathetic. The front desk staff either refused to understand English...or just didn't.
There are lots of restaurants in this area but it is a rural place.
Would not recommend.

We stayed here the night before our flight out of KL. We took the Ekspres train from KL back to airport and hotel sent a shuttle bus to collect us. The hotel is about 20min from either KLIA or KLIA2. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff friendly. Provided light breakfast in lobby before our 5am shuttle back to airport. Computer/printer available for online Check in and printing of boarding passes. Scales to check bags. Supermarket across street for beer/snacks. What more could you need. Shuttle is 20 MYR per person between midnight & 7am. 10 MYR for day service.

We stayed here for one night because it was very close to the LCCT airport. Although our room did not have a window, everything else was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and really nice for the price. Luxurious bathroom /shower, comfortable bed and a fluffy comforter. 20 rm shuttle to the airport runs on the hour every hour except 3am. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus.

I'm so stupid I should have read the other comments before!
As you noticed, almost everybody complained about the airport pick up service! We arrived at 8pm and were starving. We waited one hour to get the shuttle bus. The driver kept on saying in ten minutes in ten minutes every time when we called him.
Our flight is 8am the next day, but the reception desk demand us leave at 5!
Only 15mins driving, I didn't understand why we need to leave 3 hours in advance! It turned out the hotel just wanted to put us into the same shuttle bus with another group whose flight takes off at 7am! We had to get up at 4:30am and waited at the airport for 2 more hours, so sleepy and exhausted! Ridiculous!
We have 6 persons. We spent 180rm totally on the transfer fee. More than half of the accommodation.
Well, the hotel facility itself is quite good. Everything is brand new. But I definitely won't come back again because I just can not stand the way we were treated!
