Had a wonderful stay at Finn Lough mid October. Exceeded all our expectations. Overnight stay in beautiful autumn weather, full moon which we were able to enjoy all night courtesy of the wonderful bubble dome. The dome is beautiful, comfortable and cosy. An absolute relaxing experience. Complimented by helpful staff and fantastic food. Addition of the Spa in 2017 will...

Very dirty rooms, covered in spiders and very unhelpful staff. Complained about the cleanliness and the staff could not care less. The breakfast was not eaten by any of our party due to low quality of food. The biggest issue is that they have a major security problem which has not been addressed. Someone was in our room but not...

Hi gboyle8, I think you have reviewed the wrong hotel, we've been closed since the 8th November while we complete works on our forest spa and carry out our annual maintenance program, we are set to reopen this Thursday (8th December). I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience, but if you have the chance to visit us in the...

This was our first stay at the Finn Lough Resort. The surroundings were beautiful and serene. Arriving at the resort we were met by Mireia. She set the tone perfectly for the rest of our stay. Mireia was friendly, professional, kind, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming. We enjoyed our exciting but comfortable buggy ride to our lodgings, assisted by an equally...

Fantastic. A must for anyone looking something different from the run of the mill hotel. Great for star gazing, if you are lucky enough to get a clear night like we did. If the stars aren't out then listening to the rain is very relaxing. Can get chilly at night so pack warm jammies. But the heating in the bubble...

The Finn Lough Bubbledomes are such a unique and fun place to stay. It takes a few minutes to adjust when you enter as the sound bounces off the bubble in an unusual pattern and can be a bit unnerving! The novelty adds an air of excitement and it was very romantic sleeping under the stars and waking to the...

My sister booked me a stay in the dome as a gift, so my partner and I were looking forward to a night away from the kids. We came down on a cold but dry October afternoon, we were escorted to our dome via a golf buggy which I thought was such a great idea. The dome itself was large,...

We have just returned from another perfect break at Finn Lough, having stayed (and got engaged there!) previously in February. We were able to get the same suite and were welcome with a lovey note from the team and some congratulatory prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The accommodation, food and staff were excellent and we can't wait to return!...

Can thoroughly recommend a short break here. Rooms very nice, premium bubble dome fantastic, little bar had a good range of gins, selection of tonics, and imaginative garnishes - think we may have tried them all. Excellent breakfast, and the evening food in the restaurant is decent as well. The hire bikes are in good order, and suggested routes spot...

Stayed in a bubble last week, it is a total novelty and fab! I would really recommend staying in the bubbles, it is an amazing experience looking out into the forest and up at the stars. It poured rain during the night and it was really relaxing hearing the rain pelting down. Despite being transparent, the bubbles felt really private...
