Great location, 3 mile from Lusty beg. Beautiful views. Very peaceful. Beds very comfortable. Price of room very expensive, and on top of that it was an extra £5 if you want a fry! First b&b i have stayed in that charges you extra for a fry. This was only fault i found.

On arrival we were greeted by Anne and showed around the facilities. The scenery from the conservatory was breathtaking. Our room was lovely with its own ensuite. We couldn't fault anything apart from our stay being too short but we shall definitely return. Breakfast was lovely on both mornings and Sam and Anne are great hosts.

Stayed here when attending a wedding on lusty beg island. We arrived and were greeted at the car by the owner who was very welcoming and brought us through and up to our room, asking us what we wanted for breakfast in the morning, which was a nice touch. The rooms were basic but clean and felt homely. Whilst waiting...

I stayed at Tudor Farm in mid October this year for 3 nights, and enjoyed my visit immensely. Anne and her husband were terrific hosts, looked after me very well. My room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was very tasty, and I loved the view out to the lake. Tudor Farm is close to Lusty Beg Island and...

Stayed here for a family wedding on lusty beg island! Very clean owners very helpful. It is about 5 minutes away from the wedding venue at most! Great selection of food for breakfast from continental to your Ulster fry which was beautifully cooked! Would have missed breakfast if it wasn't for the owner. Great value for a great place

We had a lovely stay at Tudor farm. The hosts Anne and Sam really made us feel at home. It's spotlessly clean with lovely decor. The breakfast/communal room has lovely views, and there are tea and coffee making facilities with traybakes and biscuits for any time of the day. There's a private jetty and a picnic table down at the...

We had a wonderful reception for weary travellers from Anne who runs the B&B, she was incredibly hospitable as we arrived extremely late but this was no trouble. She also gave us a beautiful breakfast and a cracking itinerary to tour around the West and Atlantic coast. How lucky we were to stumble upon her. The rooms are immaculate and...

Just returned from a fantastic weekend at Tudor Farm! We stayed two nights, thanks to Sam spent all day Saturday on the lake waterskiing, banana boating and jet skiing. The sun was out and we had a truly amazing time. Anne set up a great BBQ and sitting out on the deck looking at the lough was an idilic setting....

Having disrupted then peace and quiet in this idyllic part of the world with 3 kids under 5, we settled into a perfect place to stay. A family room & a yummy breakfast. Boys had great fun splashing in the lake. They want to come back, we haven't even left yet.
