We booked a cheap deal through Easy-Breaks, without checking on Trip-Adviosor and regretted it. The service in the Hotel was atrocious. On the first evening there was no bus party and we managed to get our meal within a reasonable time. However the next day the bus party arrived and we were totally ignored by the waiters/waitresses....e.g. it took us...

From the moment I walked towards the door of the Dreadnought I felt welcome. However the check in was functional, we were handed our key and with no information about dining, drinking or entertainment and with a wave of a hand told us where the lift was. My case was delivered to our room but my partner had to wait...

Hotel a bit tired but in the process of updating with new lounge furniture fitted during our stay and said to be closing for two weeks in November to refurbish rooms. Food and service excellent. Lift very unpredictable. Hotel is well sited for Callander centre and visits to Trossachs and Stirling ( hourly bus service). Value for money as long...

We went back to the dreadnought because we love the area having last stayed 2 years ago. The hotel is now part of the Bespoke group it was an Oxford hotel last time we stayed. We thought last time that the hotel needed some TLC, and I think some work has been started in the form of new carpets, decoration etc. The...

Myself and my husband are just back from a group stay in the Dreadnaught. We really enjoyed our stay. Very old world hotel with its own charm. Our room was very clean with no complaints at all. Towels changed daily and staff extremely helpful and courteous at all times. The food was very good with the evening dinner menu changed...

We split opinion as you will see reading all the reviews on here. All my team work really hard to provide the best all round experience possible. Our prices reflect the product we are selling and when I read reviews such as this one it genuinely upset me and my team. I am very sorry we didn’t meet your expectations,...
