My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed here on a tour around England and Scotland and it was our top pick of any of the accommodation we experienced. Honestly faultless in every aspect!! Our host was sincerely helpful, friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. They bought the property about 2 years ago and have put obvious heart,...

We stopped one night here recently. The B & B is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. Our room was small but comfortable the shower was a little weak and disappointing but everything else was lovely and modern. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast. I doubt you could be served a better one anywhere. Everything had...

Nice place. Quite and peaceful garden good for relex a whole day's trip. Rooms are clean and tidy. But its better to get a en-suite than a shared bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. You can choose whatever you want.

The lodge is beautiful and centrally located, within minutes of walking to the Callander commercial street areas. The rooms are well appointed and luxurious with excellent views of the lovely gardens. The breakfast is served personally by the hosts, a lovely couple who have created this epitome of hospitality! What we were concerned about was the child accommodation policy. We...

Hi Anil, Thanks for the nice comments. We are trying our best to set high standards, and to ensure we meet client expectations, we also require to know the full details of their booking. Booking a double room for two and arriving as a party of three gave us no opportunity to arrange the supply of a fold down bed....

Lovely location for exploring Perthshire, or just stopping in en-route elsewhere in Scotland. Accommodating to walkers, families and couples. Best wifi in rooms that we found in Scotland. Breakfast had all options to accommodate everyone.

Hi Dave R - Thanks for taking the time to post a review and we do hope to see you again in Abbotsford Lodge. To avoid any confusion for other guests, I would like to highlight that we would never allocate a room with an external bathroom to a guest unless it was specifically booked. It is clear on our...

We arrived as late and very wet from a cycle from Glasgow. The welcome could not have been better. Our bikes were put away, our soaked clothes taken to a room to dry and we were shown to our lovely room. The room was wonderful, very well decorated, bath which we appreciated enormously and extremely comfy beds. Had wonderful quiet...

Whatever kind of break you have in mind, whether walking the Rob Roy Way, or taking in the scenery from around the Trossachs area, we think we can oblige. You can enjoy beautiful walks, fabulous cycling and hill climbing with Ben Ledi on your doorstep or if you prefer, just staying local and switching off; Abbotsford Lodge is perfectly located. We have a comfortable guest lounge where you can sit, relax and enjoy. All our rooms have recently been upgraded with the addition of flat screen HD television and USB charging points. We have broadband wireless Internet available throughout the building. As well as our beautiful en-suite double, twin and family rooms, we can also offer two spectacular superior double rooms, featuring super king size beds, seating areas, 40” flat screen televisions, robes, slippers, tea and fresh coffee, complimentary mineral waters and chocolates. For guests wishing to leave early, or do not want to be restricted, we offer room only prices for our rooms. A continental style buffet breakfast, can be ordered at the time of booking, or why not try a traditional cooked Scottish breakfast or our chefs special Scottish smoked salmon on a toasted croissant or fresh buttermilk pancakes and maple syrup…the choice is yours.
