Have just returned from a compilementary mid-week break at this Seasons Resort. We stayed in one of the "upside down" houses which was lovely, really clean and warm. The resort was close to Bude and unless you were walking to Bude every day then transport is a must. The resort is having renovations so we did not get to see it...

Dear Katwoo1, Many thanks for your great review. Burn Park is undergoing some amazing refurbishments currently which we are really excited about. It will be great to welcome you back so that you can enjoy the finished product of our new restaurant. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our pool and hot-tub during your visit and hope that our health...

The accommodation was clean and tidy on arrival with the heating on. The on-site bar/restaurant was undergoing refurbishment so it would be unfair to comment on that other than to say the temporary bar was staffed by friendly staff and the bar meals we enjoyed were good value for money and served very quickly.

Lovely area to stay. Bude is a great place with plenty of places to visit nearby. Great if you enjoy walking. The beach is lovely but cold in January! This is a place we will go back to as it is a great location.

Visited as 3 couples in January (weather was awful). We stayed in Shanning 2 which was 3 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeping 8. This couldn't be faulted as it was really well equipped. The bar/restaurant is in the process of refurbishment. The site is only a few minutes drive from Bude. Despite the weather we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I recently came back from Burn Park in Bude. The lodge was a six birth and was really lovely. The decor was first class and there was everything we could need, even complementary shower gel and shampoo. The lodges are in a peaceful surroundings but it isn't far to your local supermarkets or you can even walk...

Lovely stay at Burn Park despite the extensive refurbishment of the resort. We needed to change our unit as we needed a full bathroom rather than just a shower - we have not ever been in a unit with Seasons which did not have a bath. The change was made with efficiency and the minimum of fuss and although the...

We have stayed at Burn Park on a number of occasions, like always the staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. The leisure center is great, you have a lovely (and warm) swimming pool, also a Jacuzzi and Sauna to relax in "especially after a long days walking" followed by a game of snooker and/or table tennis...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accomadation FAB as just refurbed. Chilled out and enjoyed staying 'at home' in the evening as very cosy. Hot tub was a real treat. First visit to Burn Park and will be back, as found very convenient. Visited New Quay New Year's Eve, superb firework display in the harbour. Then The Eden Project. Had lovely coastal...

Had access through friends to a two bedroomed apartment (Hopton 6) and they had similar accommodation but with a single bedroom. The small estate has various converted agricultural buildings for accommodation plus a clubhouse with reasonably equipped bar and a small but pleasant leisure centre. Being early December Burn Park was very quiet. We never used the bar / club...

“The apartment would feel a little cramped if it was fully occupied. The bedrooms are small. Unlike other Seasons resorts the apartments are not spaced out. I felt that there were some issues with privacy as we had to keep curtain closed as entrances to neighbouring apartments were by the lounge/ diner windows so no wandering around in pyjamas!”
