Booked on a business trip, lovely hotel nicely decorated however the rooms are very small and with very little sound proofing, you van hear the Foot steps and talking from adjacent rooms and upstairs! Across the road from the hotel is a half way house which is in a state of disrepair and the occupants played loud music through the...

Dear Paul-Bunyard, Thank you for taking the time to review Hebasca. It is great to read that you found the hotel to be nicely decorated. We do however apologise that you were asked for card details on arrival. It is not meant to cause any offence, it is simply a policy that is in place. It is also disappointing that...

Stayed for one night whilst on business in Bude. Convenient location. Good food both evening meal and breakfast. Hotel not to far from the town just a short walk. Rooms where clean and staff friendly would recommend

I booked to stay at this hotel through Secret Escapes. I would definitely go again! The hotel is really modern, and the staff are lovely - especially Maggie, who always had a smile on her face and was really helpful! My boyfriend and I had a three course dinner in the restaurant and I cannot fault the food - very...

Mostly good. Polite, efficient, friendly staff and cleaners do a great job and there are plenty of secure parking spaces which is a major plus. However, as with any Hotel, an important element is the catering and this is where there could possibly be improvements especially with the cooked breakfast menu selection which should include haddock and/or kippers, especially as...

We stayed here for 6 nights so that we could explore Cornwall. The room was good with a wonderful view but a bit on the small side for more than a 1 or 2 night stay. Having paid for a superior room I expected slightly bigger. Bathroom was clean and modern and we were really happy with it. The staff...

We stayed for four nights in the "Playroom" (Dream Den 202) - we selected this room as we always like something special, a bit more expensive, but worth it. A large room with views through two bay windows (pity the windows were not clean on the outside, loads of bird poo). Beautiful large bed, sofa and small table with chairs....

Room was small and overlooking car park. The hotel looks great after the refurbishment, and feels very boutique. However, I can't command a rating any higher than this, because the room we had was just too small. The bathroom was particularly compact with a small size hand basin that made the simplest ablutions quite challenging. Sorry, just another 20 percent of the room size would have made...
