Found this charming pub by chance and what a gem. I had pigeon with sausage and bubble and squeak. My wife had Hare and pigeon pie. Magnificent and a very fair price. Reasonably priced beer too. We will certainly be back
We had a family meal here last night, and the food, service and value was excellent. The landlord and landlady were very friendly. We will definitely be visiting again. We had lamb Henry and it was delicious.
