Stayed there over a weekend. Nice and tidy place. Service really friendly and helpful . Excellent full English breakfast. Very close to the beach. Free Wi-Fi and parking space. Definitely will be back there in the future.

Poor. Buy a tent instead. This establishment looks nice in princable but they don't keep to there promises. I would stay in another hotel local given the choice as they don't try and Rob you of your money at any given chance. They owe me £65 and bave done for four months. Manager is never there apparantly.

Mattress was lumpy and old so you felt every spring in the bed, light flickered in the bathroom. Very little space in room due to excessive furniture. One plug to use once you've found it behind chest of drawers. Shower ran dangerously hot then freezing cold. Wall paper peeling off walls. No where to sit in guest house to relax....
