I was in single room 213 which although small was well fitted out with plenty of storage and a very nice en-suite with a good easy to use shower. The reception area was pleasant, and although I didn’t use the Spa, I heard that it was good. That’s the good news, now the not so good. I asked reception for...

The room was acceptable, once you got through the door which was in severe need of some attention. The staff were inadequately trained as were the management when it came to customer service. The menu was poor as was the standard of food. Service very slow. Breakfast replenishment was inadequate as was the table service. Receptionist very uncaring when we...

Beds weren't so comfy, we paid £70 plus £10 for 2 breakfasts, the walls are so thin so can hear everything. Need a good makeover. Bathrooms were nice and clean, but the beds need upgrading. Only stayed for one night and had an awful view.

The outside the hotel is in need of painting. The additional accommodation at the back looks very scruffy from the outside but the rooms have recently been refurbished. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The dinner menu has limited choice, small portions for the prices. No children's menu. Buffet breakfast was fair but the coffee was...

Stopped for 2 nights over Easter. The hotel is situated out side of Weymouth towards Preston but is in a nice posisition on the side of a hill over looking the sea and the bay with Weymouth in the distance. We had standard rooms at the rear of the Hotel. The rooms had recently been redecorated and refurnished so they...

Just returned home after a Monday to Friday break at the Riviera. My wife and I traveled with our disabled Mum and 9 year old daughter, we had adjoining rooms upstairs with our smallish one, and Mum was downstairs in a very well equipped disabled room. My wife was panicking a little before we left home, having read some of...

Outside access to bedrooms where walkways had flaking paint. First bedroom was very small and had mould in shower and black mould under toilet rim which could be seen when opening bathroom door. We were moved to a bigger bedroom which had a bit less mould in shower but had damp all along the top of wall, damp and mould...

I love the location of this hotel looking over the cove after many years of contemplating staying at the hotel I was left a little disappointed in the standard of the room which was very basic although there was a fridge and safe. you enter the room from outside which isn't a problem but the 2cm gap between the door...
