Very noisy, at night window didn't shut properly, shower well was was a dribble. Noise from other room running water etc, noisy neighbours down stairs 2300 talking loudly slamming doors etc. Parking you have to be kidding room for 1 car in front of bin...More
Great b&b ! Lovely clean en suite room ( only one problem we couldn’t open the window !)

Ill keep it brief, I stayed on the top floor and came across the follow:
•Radiator and towel rail could not be turned off/down. The room was roasting leaving me unable to sleep.
