    Fab hotel gorgeous room which they kindly upgraded as i was on crutches to make it easier for me. The food was gorgeous and the staff in all areas we're really helpful and friendly 😀would definitely recommend this hotel

    Wasn't sure what to expect from the French night. I had a cauliflower soup for starters with roasted walnuts. I ate half it was rather filling. But tasted lovely. Glass of wine on arrival. Main course had chicken Kiev. Quite a large piece of chicken....More

    Had a lovely Sunday Lunch for two. 2 courses only £12 The roadt beef was quality and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere was nice and staff lovely, helpful and friendly. Will definately be going again. Thank you Duke of Ed!!

    Good afternoon, the Abbey House Hotel is located about 1.5 miles outside of Barrow (and our hotel), on the same road as the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel. There aren't any hotels any closer, that I'm aware of. Best regards The... More
